Sandbox and sandbox webstore down

Our sandbox and sandbox SCA webstore have been down for the last couple of hours. No issues reported on status.netsuite.com, but issue confirmed by our NetSuite webstore developers who are building our new site. We are in Australia (data centre is NA Northwest). Anyone else experiencing issues?
