Sandbox Inaccessible for over a month
Would anyone know a contact at NetSuite that can explain why our Sandbox is inaccessible? We attempted to refresh it over a month ago, received a "Delayed" status and when we reached out to support they indicated there was a defect and their engineers were taking care of it. I've been contacting them every day, for over a month and the only response they have is that their "engineers are looking into it". This has pushed back our projects a considerate amount. We really need to escalate this higher than support. Thank you for your help!
