Size limit from the 1990's - File Uploads Stuck on "Processing"
We're using the Advanced Add feature to add about 10,000 files to our file cabinet. Netsuite recommends that we don't upload any zip files larger than 100Mb. I don't think that limit has changed in 10 years. I tried uploading a 1Tb zip file and it's been stuck "Processing" for over a week. Support tells me that there's nothing they can do to help because the file is over 100Mb. It may just sit there processing forever. Yikes. It takes my laptop 2 minutes to unzip the file. Netsuite's servers have been working on it for over 10,000 minutes.
Are there other options for getting bulk files into Netsuite?
