Our customers not getting NetSuite transactional email
Good Morning Folks
We have a constant issue of some of our customers and vendors not receiving our transactional emails sent through NetSuite. The messages look like spam and get caught up in their firewalls (I think). I would guess that we are not the only ones who have this problem.
My understanding is that there's nothing to 'fix', its unfortunately just the way it is as business' try to balance filtering spam and other threats while receiving legitimate emails.
So, a couple things.
If anyone has contacted support regarding this issue and would like share their experience and what they learned, I'm all ears.
