Outgoing email shows from "system@netsuite.com" (Need to show company domain in outgoing e

Hi everyone,

Our company is encountering difficulty showing our own email addresses in commincation email sent from NetSuite (such as invoice emails). Those emails appear to be sent from our employee's names (which is good) but the email address shows as "via [EMAIL="bounces@messages.na3.netsuite.com"]bounces@messages.na3.netsuite.com[/EMAIL]" or "system@netsuite.com". Does anyone have the same issue?

However, we don't want our customers to see those email addresses, we want them to see our employees'.

We have set up all our email preferences and domain key properly. We can't set up our own SMTP server in NS as such setting is not open to customers (it used to be but no longer we heard). In fact we were told that it's not possible to show our own email addresses with our company domains.
