NetSuite Electronic Bank Payments bunder errors since 6 AM EST

We just started getting a large number of Suitescript Error Summary emails for the Electronic Payments bundle.  Customer is Pacific time and I KNOW they are not up and processing at 3 AM...

"The host you are trying to connect to has exceeded the maximum allowed response time."

Is anyone else getting errors out there?
