Customer Record CSV Imports...

Hi there,

We have a 3rd party ecommerce program.  We export the customer information and import into NetSuite using the CSV import.  This works fine for adding customers.  However, if there is a repeat customer NetSuite creates a new customer record.  It does this if I import using Add or Update, or Update.

Because it is being imported from a separate program I do not have the NetSuite Customer ID, which seems to be the customers unique identifier.  Is there a way to import without having the NetSuite customer ID?
