Clearing Netsuite Fields with CSV
My company runs email campaigns through a third party emailer (as well as Netsuite) and we are trying to clear all of the emails from all records that keep bouncing back.
We received a report with all of the emails that bounced back, and I created a CSV file consisting of all of the Contacts and Companys that they belong to, I also included an Email column and left it blank.
When I perform my import, I choose "Relationship" for the Import Type; and "Customers and Contacts Together" as my Record Type value.
On the Import Options screen I check "Update," and in Advanced Options I check "Overwrite Missing Fields."
