Generate a Purchase Order from a Best Sellers Report

Hi All,

We're new to NetSuite, so I hope I'm not asking a question that has been around before.

So what we're looking for is the ability to do the following:
1.  Generate a Best Sellers Report (Based on vendor)
2.  Export the report
3.  Import the report as a Vendor Purchase Order (or some other way)

If there is a "best practice" way of doing this, then very happy to hear about it. Just want to find an automated way to accomplish this.
