Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Import Issues - Anyone Else?
Before I send something to NetSuite support, I want to see if anyone else is having the same issue I am.
Today, I had 280 leads that needed to be imported with contacts into NetSuite, 2 of my 4 attempts at importing failed with a response of 0 records imported, however, on those failed imports - the records actually imported into NetSuite. In turn, I ended up spending the majority of my day manually deleting both the contacts and lead records created.
My final attempt of the import worked, and I had Customer ID's specified in the import file and mapped correctly, however, upon import - NetSuite assigned its default auto-numbered IDs, so now theres something else to manually go back and update. Has anyone else noticed issues with the imports in the new release? I moved to 2010.1 on April 10th.
