Please note that on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Import of Transactional Records
A third party is importing 5 years of data regarding our transactional records into the corresponding locations in NS. (Specifically order data, tracking details for each order). This is a complex and expensive thing but the benefits outweigh the costs by a factor of five.
One issue they are running into in there testing on our Sandbox account is that we confirmed the necessity to import the items as CASH SALES. This way the import will have the least impact on our business once the model is finished and the import proceeds on our production account. If we did them as sales orders we would have to close them all out.
