Importing Telephone numbers in Contact records

Hello,

I am importing a load of contacts into NetSuite and one of the fields is the telephone number. The problem I have is that the CSV file does not allow formatting so the number loses the Zero at the begining of the number. For example, the formatted number I want to import is:

02079999999

but the csv file represents it as

2079999999

Any idea how I get to keep the 0 at the front?
