Import to update quantity pricing

When I updated my prices if the item only has one price it updates fine but then when it tries to update an item with quantity pricing it gives me an error message: "Please enter missing price(s)". During import is there a field I can add to tell it to use the base price for all of the quantity pricing levels for that item?
