Export/Import Customer Absolute Pricing

We have numerous customers that have custom item pricing which we enter on the on the customer record under the financial sub-tab item pricing.  We have received numerous price increases from our vendor's and have held out as long as we can and we are now forced to pass this along to our customers.  Is there a way to export a customer's absolute pricing, update it and then import it back into NetSuite?
