Mass Update?
I was wondering if I could use mass update to update Sales Orders, Invoices, Cash Sales, & Credit Memos with certain criteria. I have actually set up the mass update search however the department field which I want to update is not listed on the "Mass Update Fields" tab. I looked and it is on the preferred form, it's display type is normal and it's on the main screen field tab. What I don't understand is the mass update fields tab shows fields that are on the same tab as departments and has all the same properties.
Anyone know what I can do to fix this or a better way to make this update?
