Creating a Group Using an Import

I need to create several Groups for email marketing campaign purposes.  The only way to do that now is to add the Lead Contacts manually (static group) or using a saved search (dynamic group).

However, our sales team wants to weed through all the Contacts and choose specific ones (could be hundreds). 

Is there a way to create groups based on a CSV import?
