Login borked by another NetSuite customer
So here's a cool edge case to contemplate.
An employee on our system purchased something online from a business who also uses NetSuite. When she purchased the item, she provided the same email to them that she uses on our system. And she (*ahem*) probably provided the same password she used on our system when she registered.
The result? Next time she attempted to log in, she can't access our system because she gets dumped into the Customer Center for the other company. Neat.
We worked around the issue by changing her login information on our side... but the fact that this could happen at all raises some interesting questions.
