Report on what employees access

I was hoping there was a way I could report on what an individual employee has accessed per login. I can see I can run the login report - which I have done - but wondered if there was additional tracking available on what they have accessed, viewed, dowloaded (reporting etc) during those logins.
Appreciate anyones assistance.
