Timesheet auto populate Service Item
We are implementing SRP and utilizing the functionality that 1 Sales Order Item > Generates 1 Project.
Problem is when users are entering timesheets, Service Item is required and they have the ability to select any service item in NetSuite. I am trying to set the value to the Service Item from the Project but cant get it to set via workflow. Any thoughts? I am setting other fields like Employee, Department, etc. without issue.
