Error Message when trying to give consultant access to NetSuite

I have a consultant coming in for an inventory project, but am unable to set a password for him to change at next logon. The error message attached says "Only the user can change this password, as this user has access to more than one NetSuite account." Short of setting up an internal company email address for this consultant, does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
