Has anyone integrated Live Person?

I have an urge for some reason to implement Live Person into my website to provide an even higher level of sales ability. Has anyone integrated Live Person with Net Suite? How painfully was it?  Live person said that it integrates seamlessly with SF. I told them that NS is a much better product, i hope i don't eat my words.

Any heads up would be appreciated.
