Copy User Preferences and Dashboards to another Role

Does anyone else get this request all the time?  I'm changing role or now have another role in the copy and would sure like to copy all of my User Preferences and Customized Dahsboards etc over to my new role. 

This is kind of a pain for us because we are such a fast growing company.  Everyone grumbles when they have reset their preferences etc.  I submitted an Enhancement Request.  Would anyone else want this awesome feature?
