How Do I Create Custom Sublist with Multiple Key Fields?

Is it possible to create a custom Sublist with more than one key field that links/filters the Saved Search?

I have an Invoice Saved Search that has two fields that are needed to filter the search based on the specific Invoice the Sublist is on.

Specifically, I have a "Route" and a "Ship Date" field on every Invoice.
I even have a calculated formula field of Route-ShipDate that combines the two fields as text.

I need a custom Sublist on the Invoice form that will show all invoices that have the same Route AND Ship Date as the Invoice being displayed.
