Duplicate Order Alert Function
Hi,
We are having the situation where our sales department are entering faxed orders manually and then they are re-entered by someone else not knowing they have already been entered (If the customer sends the order by e-mail as well to make sure we have received it for instance). Is there a way that we can have Netsuite alert us when the order that is about to be saved has a P.O. Field with the same number as a previously saved order?
Shipping the same order twice is no fun.
