Email Template triggered from Item Receipt
Somehow the simplest things seem to be the hardest to do.
We need to simply trigger an email to the customer every time an Item is booked back into stock from a RA.
We're doing this by attaching a workflow to a Item Receipt, and this generally works OK - however we're unable to get the customer name & email address into the template.
Anyone doing anything similar, or have any suggestions how to achieve this?
