Stickies on customers - appear when entering a sales order.
When I go into a sales order as soon as I enter the customer, I would like any stickies I have put on that customer to display. So for example on a customer record it might just say something like (Do not send by post, UPS only as signature is required). I can create this on a customer and if you go into the customer record it appears but that is no good when a salesman goes into sales order because he won't see the instructions.
We only have a few difficult customers, and this would make life so much easier is there a way to make this work. I cannot see anything in the settings.
