email message tab is not working any more

case number: 778897
From today, all my other users except Administrator can not email anything out any more using the email message tab.

erro message is:

"Permission Violation: you may not access this record."

The same user created the sales order, estimate, credit memo himself, he should be able to email this out.
It only start to happen today !!!! Something must be wrong with the New version !!!
Support doesn't know anything !
