Upgrade of Production vs Sandbox Accounts
We just found out that our Sandbox account will NOT be upgraded at the same time as our Production account.
Sandbox accounts are upgraded 10 days AFTER their Production account.
I'm not sure I understand the logic of this approach.
If anything, it would be MUCH better if the Sandbox is upgraded BEFORE the Production account. At the very least, they should be upgraded at the same time.
Most of us use the Sandbox account as a "Test and Training" account. When we make new customizations, we test and train in the Sandbox BEFORE deploying these changes to the Production account.
