Custom javascript broken...

Since the upgrade, some our custom javascript is now broken.  Some of our super users seem to think that NetSuite Support will fix the code for us.  I don't think they do that.  Can someone clarify NetSuite Support's position on this matter?

Note: we don't have a support agreement, so we'd just be entering cases via the online/free case link in NetSuite.
