Spanish interfaces in NetSuite is unusable unless you learn the Netsuite SPANGLISH!!

We being using NETSUITE for 6 months now, and with all its "goods" and "bad's" and with a lot of hard working hours and days our IT department have being able to accomplish a very good implementation on the 3 main areas ERP/CRM and our dealers e-commerce at www.ofik.com to be good and to look good to the outside. But there is a BIG problem. Netsuite translation, at least in Spanish (I assume in other languages also) are ridiculous. In order for my internal users to use NETSUITE they had to learn an SPECIAL LANGUAGE that some call SPAN-GLISH
