Workflows broken!
Been getting a series of warnings in the past couple of days of failed workflows.
title of "Workflow failure - workflow name" and then this:
ID : 206172 An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.
Raised a case and spoke to support "oh yes there is a defect in but as of yet no one has been attached to it, you are the first. I'll update you". Comes off of phone and no update since.
This is important. We use workflows to send emails to new leads and start the lead nurturing process. If it is not working we are not nurturing leads, go figure!!
