UPS Real Time rates not working
Hi all,
I searched the forum for my issue but couldn't find anything. My issue is that I am getting an error when attempting to get a realtime rate from UPS. I have created a UPS account and registered for the UPS Tools via Netsuite. When I either create an invoice or try to create a web order, I get the following message "There are no shipping methods available for your address. Please verify that your address is correct. If you continue to have problems, please contact us directly."
Both my default location and the customer location have been set up correctly, and I have tried a number of destination addresses to no avail. Please help! This is the last hurdle before we can go live with our webstore!
