Customer Email Addres on Email Alerts...
I have made a saved search that will pull the appropriate information from our PO. On the Results part of our saved search there is an option for "Created From: Email". This pulls the customers email address. However, on the Saved Search > Email > Recipients from Results there is a Created From drop down but not Email. How can I get that to work?
