Fedex Integration
We just changed our shipping integration from UPS to Fedex. On the item fulfillment Shipping tab, the fields have changed. Fedex has a field called Fedex ShipAlert for sending emails to customers - however, the customers email is not dynamically populated that field. Has anyone else seen this issue? I haven't been able to find a setting for this field so I am thinking that it is not working properly. Case# is 736726
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
