Our company is using NetSuite in a internet retail setting - so we don't want items to be showing up under "pending fulfillment" unless the sales order is billed or a payment is recorded against it. I've been exploring this for awhile but can't seem to figure out a way to do this. Ideally, when manually creating sales orders, they are billed immediately afterwards, but some of the flows for our sales channels might not be so immediate, and just in general, we want to keep the screen clean for our shipping department.
