AR/AP Aging reports do not age

Has anyone else had the problem of their AR/AP aging reports not being able to age past the current date.  In the previous version I had no problem of selecting a future date to see what the AR or AP would be, however now when I select a future date and hit refresh, nothing changes.

Any suggestions?
