Can I report on total time spent on a case?
Hi,
Has anyone found how to report the total time spent on a support case? During the lifeline of a case we will accumulate time against that case as each engineer works on it, they will add their time.
I have been playing with the Custom Time Tracked Summary but cant see a way to filter the report for one particular customers cases as it doesnt give you the choice to filter by customer in the filter options.
Am I missing soething or is there another report I can use?
