purchase order unfulfilled report?

I need to be able to print purchase orders, in detail, showing only those items not received.
For instance, I have 8 purchase orders with a single vendor in various stages of receipt.

Today I had to manually piece together an email to them going thru each purchase order and typing out those items in that purchase order that I'm still waiting for.  What a job!!

Is there a report for this?  Is there an EASY (I'm no tec geek) way to customize an existing report?
