Help, Restrict PO and SO reports

HI
I don't want our sales reps and purchaser view the whole company's PO,SO and Inventory reports.  It is really silly to let every one see the turn over of the whole company and and how much we spend on one vendor. I only want them to see the saved reports I give them. Like their own open PO and SO reports. But I have to give them the permission to see all the SO and PO reports or them can not view my saved reports.
Any idea how do I do it?
