Web Queries and Macs

I'm a PC guy, I don't know much about Macs - were trying to set up some Web Query reports for a Mac-using customer, and it's not working. When they open the .iqy file, it just opens the definition of the web query, it doesn't load data or anything.

How do you use Web Queries with Macs?
