Customer Profitability Report
I'm curious if anyone is using the canned Customer Profitability Reports in Netsuite? Are they accurate for you?
I'm getting flawed numbers and don't know how to correct it. It seems that the reports don't take into account the cost for shipping charges that we pass along without any markup.
This makes some of my customers look like they're generating a 80-90% margin on revenue, and obviously makes my reporting on profitability an exercise in futility.
Any thoughts or feedback on how to correct this would be greatly appreciated.
