Custom Snapshot Graphs Not Funcational

Is anyone having issues with Custom Snapshot graphs on the Dashboard?

The call to NS Support ended with no resolution but assurance "issues" would be documented for QA.  According to the support rep, no other clients are having these issues.  I will post the issue and case numbers here as soon as I get them.  The answer has to be right in front of me and I'm just not seeing it.  Can anyone help me?  I know our directors and managers are not going to appreciate having their dashboards filled with lists of results because the graphs don't operate correctly.
