Linking items to customers

edited Jan 3, 2020 12:35AM in Search / Reporting 2 comments

I'm in the process of trying to move all of our crystal reports to Netsuite saved searches.  I only have 3 left to do (yay!) but they're the 3 difficult ones (not yay).

We're a charity that runs a child sponsorship program and the children (inventory items) have a one-to-one relationship with the sponsor (customer).  We link them in Netsuite buy using the child's ID number (custom field).  The sponsor has a contact record for each child and the contact has the ID field in it.  So ... in Crystal Reports I can link the item table to the contact table using this field.  As far as I know I can't do that in Netsuite.

Howdy, Stranger!
