Report Parameters/Keys

Hey Guys,

Is there a way to pass a parameter to a report?

For instance, I would like to setup a report that shows a sales person ONLY their prospects.

The only way I can do it at the moment is to create a new report for each sales person and enter their name as a filter.  Obviously, this does not scale and I would like to create one report and then pass the logged in user to an open parameter in the report.

Any ideas?
