Transaction Report

Hi

Please can anyone recommend a simple way of getting a report which shows for each line of a transaction:

Sales Order Number
Invoice Number
Item Name
Quantity Ordered
Fulfilment Number

If there isn't a way to do this from within NS, can it be done via ODBC ?
