Reporting health of our custom pipeline
I'm quite challenged when it comes to reports and analytics. I really haven't done much and my knowledge is shallow at this point.
Disclaimer out of the way.
We have a order pipeline that is unique to our business. Aspects of it are driven by very strict dates and elapsed time while other aspects are derived from the completion date of previous stages. There are a series of sequential events or operations that when combined represent the success of an order.
For example:
A) Day 1 - Order acquired
Day 1 - Documentation mailed to customer for signature
C) Day 10 - we *should* have the signed docs back by now, this is our goal
