Cash Flow Statement Help

The long and short of it is my cash flow statement does not work.  The beginning and ending cash are correct but nothing else really is.  I have seen many posts on the subject but no real fix.  The current "out of the box" cash flow statement treats non cash balance sheet activity as part of the cash flow which does not make sense to me.  My investors and lenders are fed up with it and I do not have the time to do reconciliations to this.  Is there a solution that other people are using besides a custom cash
