Default address in Saved Search Criteria

Is it possilble to return only those customers which have primary addresses that are missing the addressee field?

If I search for address is not empty and addressee is empty I get customers that have any address and any addressee that are empty, but what I really need is to look at each individual address line, one at a time.

Any ideas?
