Formula for Dense_Rank - Call Scheduled Date
Hopefully I can explain this clearly; I want to have a result field that displays a message if there is a phone call scheduled in the future for an Opportunity. The trick is when there are multiple calls scheduled associated with the opportunity. I need to avoid multiple results in my search - just want to look at the most recent phone call. So I was fiddling with a sql formula but I need help. I was thinking the logic would be something like this:
CASE WHEN (dense_rank last order by {call.startdate})<{today} THEN 'Schedule Phone Call' ELSE 'Call Scheduled' END
