Decode formula when list contains 'xxz'
I'm using this numeric formula to sum how many customers in a group have a certain value in a list field.
decode({groupmember.custentity_badges_earned},'Sponsor a Child','1')
This returns a sum of all the customers who have Sponsor a Child as the only entry in the list. People that have 'Give a Gift' and 'Sponsor a Child' are not counted because the formula seems to look at the entire list as a single value.
How can I use a "contains" type expression that will look through the entire list of values in the field?
